Dental Hygienist: Key Responsibilities
- Conduct oral health assessments, inclusive of oral cancer and other periodontal diseases.
- Perform thorough dental cleanings to remove plaque, tartar and stains from teeth.
- Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride.
- Assist the dentist with patient examinations and conduct follow-up treatment as directed.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and overall dental health.
- Document patient dental history and maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
- Adhere to all infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelors in Hygiene from an Accredited Program (Required)
- Current Michigan Registered Dental Hygiene License (Required)
