Job description

Primary role is to provide risk management solutions utilizing relationship building & consultative selling techniques.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Meet or exceed individual sales activity & production goals. • Interview prospective clients to obtain information about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person or property to be insured and to discuss any existing coverage. • Analyze and explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies.
• Ability to problem solve, communicate and make recommendations that are in the best interest of the client. • Provide the highest degree of service and take ownership for each relationship. Essential Functions: • Regularly required to reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, stand, walk and sit for long periods of
time. • Working conditions are normal for an office environment and include operating a motor vehicle in a safe manner while attending meetings and events as required. • Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer needs and exceed expectations. • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels and work independently as needed. • Excellent verbal and communication skills on all levels. • Able to read, comprehend information and ideas and convey information effectively • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals. • Pass pre-employment screening and background checks.

Requirements include: Property & Casualty License required. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
