Local Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Grandville, Michigan.

(Must be able to complete 14 days of in office training)

Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and inbound leads.

Educate customers on auto, home, life, renters, business, and specialty insurance products.

Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to each customer's needs.

Follow up with prospects to build relationships and close sales.

Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients.

Meet and exceed monthly sales and production goals.

Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.

Stay current on Farmers Insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes.



Requirements

Property & Casualty License preferred

Must be able to meet in office for the first 14 days of training.

Must be able to acquire property & Casualty license within 30 days

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset.

Comfortable making outbound sales calls and asking for the sale.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency software.
