Who You Are
Ready to make an impact in industrial engineering? We are looking for motivated professionals who enjoy solving technical challenges, working on customer sites, and contributing to the successful execution of complex industrial projects.
Your Responsibilities: 

 As a part of our onsite project team, you will:
·       Develop, test and commission industrial software: Participate in the development, testing, commissioning and startup of software applications used in automated manufacturing systems.
·       Optimize performance: Improve software performance, troubleshoot industrial software applications, and support system testing and optimization.
·       Collaborate with clients: Maintain regular communication to ensure alignment and build strong relationships.
·       Track progress: Maintain project documentation, software revisions and commissioning reports.
·       Project collaboration: Work with international project teams to ensure efficient project execution and compliance.
·       Solve problems: Analyze software and control system issues and work closely with engineering teams to implement effective solutions.
·       Manage handover: Facilitate the smooth transfer of automation systems to clients, with proper software documentation and testing records.
·       Handle changes: Support software modifications, updates and change management throughout project execution.
 
Your Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:
·       Educational background: Associate's, Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
·       Professional experience: Experience in industrial software development, manufacturing, or process industries (required). Experience with industrial machine control software or industrial automation applications is an advantage.
·       Language skills: Proficiency in English (required) and/or German (preferred).
·       Technical expertise: Experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, object-oriented programming, SQL Server, Git, debugging, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with industrial machine control software, HMI applications, or communication with industrial equipment is an advantage.
·       Teamwork: Proven team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in international project teams.
·       Travel: Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively for project assignments (up to 98%).
