$22/hr guaranteed base + uncapped commission | No insurance experience required | Midvale, UTย

Job Summaryย

Earn up to $185K+ in total compensation (base, bonus, and commission) working warm, high-intent leads: new inquiries from people actively shopping for auto, renters, and homeowners insurance. No cold calling, no purchased lists, no door knocking. These leads are warm, but they don't close themselves. You'll handle objections, cross-sell, and ask for the sale on every conversation. Training and Licensingย

You don't need an insurance background. We will teach you. Our paid, three-phase training program guides you through every aspect of the insurance sales process: earn your Property & Casualty license (company-paid, a credential you keep for your entire career), shadow live calls with experienced agents, then take your own calls with a dedicated coach. Training runs 6โ€“8 weeks, full-time, onsite in our Midvale office. Top performers can earn a hybrid schedule with 2 remote workdays per week.ย

Responsibilitiesย

  • Work warm, high-intent leads from customers actively shopping for auto, renters, and homeowners coverageย

  • Recommend coverage, explain policy features, handle objections, and closeย

  • Meet individual sales goals in a performance-driven environmentย

  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRMย

  • Complete company-paid licensing and compliance training on the clockย

Qualificationsย

  • 1+ years in sales, customer service, or a call-center environment (any industry)ย

  • Proof you were a top performer: you can point to numbers such as close rate, quota attainment, or rankings that show you outperformed your peersย

  • Strong communication and active-listening skills; self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachableย

  • Ability to attend 6โ€“8 weeks of full-time onsite training in Midvale, UT, and live within 60 miles of our office for this onsite roleย

  • Ability to pass the Utah Property & Casualty state exam and meet state licensing and background-check requirementsย

  • CRM experience is a plus, not requiredย

Compensationย

  • $22/hour guaranteed base pay, including during paid trainingย

  • Uncapped commission plus performance bonusesย

  • Total compensation up to $185K+ (base + bonus + commission)ย

Work Environmentย

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.ย
