Job description

As an Licensed Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business through lead generation, networking, and referrals. You will work closely with our existing clients to provide excellent customer service and ensure their insurance needs are met. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records and meeting monthly sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and a proven track record of success. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.

Preferred Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

Minimum of 6 months Property and Casualty Insurance sales or Personal Lines customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Florida 220 Insurance Producer License or 20-44 Insurance Producer License
