Position Overview:

As a Life Insurance Sales Agent with the Long Agency, you will work with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance coverage. This is a consultative sales role focused on helping clients understand their options, secure appropriate coverage, and protect their loved ones.

Agents have the ability to work virtually and manage their own schedules on either a part-time or full-time basis. This role is best suited for self-motivated, coachable individuals who value personal growth, service, integrity, and income potential.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Consult with prospective and current clients to understand their life insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Meet virtually with individuals who have requested life insurance information through a proven lead system, with no cold calling required.
  • Guide clients through the application and policy process.
  • Manage administrative tasks including documentation, policy processing, and accurate client records.
  • Participate in team calls, mentorship sessions, and training opportunities, either virtually or in person.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, mentors, team members, and carrier partners.
