Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a robust client portfolio.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Policy Recommendations: Analyze clients insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in regulations to provide informed advice to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and other team members to ensure effective policy implementation and client satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the agency management system
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to learn about various insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
Requirements- Valid insurance producer license in Property and Casualty in the state of Georgia required
- Valid insurance Life, Health, and Accident in the state of Georgia preferred (licensing assistance available)
- 1-2 years Experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor degree preferred; High school diploma or an equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
