The Kyle Campbell Agency is looking for a motivated, people-focused Insurance Sales Trainee to join our Lansing team.

If you enjoy connecting with people, working toward goals, and want a career where your effort can directly impact your income and advancement, this could be a great fit. Insurance experience is not required. We provide the training, coaching, and support to help you learn the industry and develop your sales skills.

What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales Trainee, you'll learn how to help individuals, families, and businesses understand their insurance options while building strong client relationships.

  • Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and outreach

  • Learn how to identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage

  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

  • Follow up with prospects and build long-term client relationships
