The Kyle Campbell Agency is looking for a motivated, people-focused Insurance Sales Trainee to join our Lansing team.

Insurance experience is not required. We provide the training, coaching, and support to help you learn the industry and develop your sales skills.

What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales Trainee, you'll learn how to help individuals, families, and businesses understand their insurance options while building strong client relationships.

  • Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and outreach

  • Learn how to identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage

  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

  • Follow up with prospects and build long-term client relationships

  • Work toward individual and agency sales goals

  • Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools

  • Participate in ongoing sales and insurance training
