Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of insurance sales experience, a proven ability to generate new business, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships while meeting sales and retention goals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all state insurance regulations and agency guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate client records and document all interactions in the agency management system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Producer or Insurance Sales Agent.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
