The main difference between an Insurance Rn Job and a Medical Claims Adjuster lies in their credentials and work environment. Job description

Are you a Registered Nurse who believes that long-term care should feel like home, not a hospital? At Grandview Care Center, we are pioneers in the "Culture Change" movement. Weโ€™ve traded institutional routines for a holistic approach that honors the physical, social, and spiritual needs of our residents.

As an RN here, you are more than a supervisorโ€”you are a clinical advocate, a mentor to our CNA and LPN teams, and a key architect of the individualized care that allows our residents to flourish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Oversight: Coordinate and deliver high-level nursing care, ensuring all treatments and medications align with the residentโ€™s individualized care plan.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the nursing staff on your unit, fostering a culture of mutual respect, open communication, and shared goals.
  • Holistic Assessment: Conduct comprehensive physical and psycho-social assessments to ensure residents reach their highest practicable level of well-being.
  • Family Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for families and physicians, providing compassionate updates and advocating for the residentโ€™s expressed wishes.
  • Quality Excellence: Ensure all nursing practices meet or exceed state and federal regulations while maintaining our warm, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Expertise: Strong clinical assessment skills and a deep understanding of geriatric care.
  • Heart: A dedication to person-centered care and the "Culture Change" philosophy.
  • Leadership: The ability to lead a team with kindness, patience, and professional integrity.

Grandview Benefits: Investing in YOUR Future

We aim to be the employer of choice by offering a supportive environment where your career can truly take flight:

  • Advanced Nursing Scholarships: Looking to become a Nurse Practitioner or move into administration? We offer up to $20,000 in scholarships for staff pursuing further nursing education.
  • Competitive Compensation: Top-tier wages with significant evening, night, and weekend shift differentials.
  • Daily Wellness: Enjoy free meals from our Culinary Department during your shift and free membership to our on-site fitness center.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance, plus a 401(k) with company matching.
  • Direct-Hire Stability: This is a permanent, direct-hire position in a stable, non-profit community setting.
