Job Title: Fiduciary Financial Advisor

Location: Olympia, WA

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Fiduciary Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, retirement income planning, investment advisory services, and client relationship management. This role will work closely with retirees, pre retirees, business owners, and individuals to develop long term financial strategies while supporting business growth through seminars, referrals, and marketing generated leads.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
• Conduct discovery meetings, annual reviews, and ongoing client consultations
• Manage client relationships from prospecting through onboarding and long term service
• Deliver exceptional client service and fiduciary guidance
• Educate clients on financial planning and investment strategies
• Build long term client relationships and referral opportunities

Financial Planning
• Retirement income planning
• Cash flow analysis
• Roth conversion strategies
• Tax efficient planning
• Risk management planning
• Estate and legacy planning coordination
• Wealth preservation strategies

Investment Management
• Review portfolio allocations and investment strategies
• Analyze risk tolerance and client objectives
• Research ETFs, stocks, bonds, annuities, and alternative investments
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments
