  • As a dealer, must have the ability to deal multiple games as listed above while ensuring game protection in accordance with policy and procedures. Position requires that cast member be able to fill in as a supervisor when needed.
  • As a Casino Supervisor, has the ability to supervise dealers, protect the integrity of the game at all times, assist guest when needed, enforce procedures related to games. As the supervisor, must be able to accurately complete any and all necessary documentation needed to properly track guests' play and issue complimentary, within set guidelines
  • Provides encouragement, sets high expectations, and sets proud and positive examples necessary to ensure a fun, exciting and professional working environment for our staff and a pleasant and entertaining experience for our guests.
  • Position requires maintaining dealer skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • You must have 2 years of Table Games experience within the last 10 years
  • Must be fast and accurate in handling cash.
  • Six months of experience in customer service field preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test, and pass an Audition.
  • Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
  • Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make calm, rational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.

LANGUAGE SKILLS  

Must have the ability to read, write and speak fluent English.
