Job description

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director Strategic Sourcing, the Third-Party Risk Management Analyst supports the Strategic Sourcing function by integrating supplier onboarding, compliance, risk management, and data analytics to enable informed sourcing decisions. The role is responsible for managing endtoend supplier qualification and lifecycle activities while identifying, monitoring, and escalating thirdparty risks through due diligence reviews, ongoing compliance tracking, and audit support. A strong emphasis is placed on risk management, including assessment of supplier financial, operational, and regulatory risks, to protect the organization and its clients. The TPRM Analyst works crossfunctionally with Strategic Sourcing, Finance, P2P, IT, Legal, and Client Account teams to resolve issues, align data, and ensure consistent supplier governance across systems. Leveraging advanced data analytics and reporting, the role analyzes supplier spend, and performance trends, translating complex data into actionable insights that support sourcing strategies, supplier performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION, ONBOARDING & COMPLIANCE

  • Execute endtoend supplier onboarding, changes, and demobilizations in line with policies and SLAs.
  • Process highvolume supplier setup requests accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Validate supplier documentation, ensure data integrity, and prevent duplicate or noncompliant entries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and suppliers to complete qualification requirements.
  • Identify compliance issues, manage resolution, and escalate risks or exception requests as required.
  • Support supplier outreach, engagement, and ongoing compliance communications.

THIRDPARTY DUE DILIGENCE & RISK MANAGEMENT

  • Conduct supplier due diligence reviews related to onboarding, reactivation, and changes.
  • Review and escalate thirdparty risk assessment findings and alerts.
  • Support AntiBribery & Corruption (ABC) reviews and ongoing supplier risk monitoring.
  • Review thirdparty risk or credit reports and seek mitigation activities.

REPORTING, ANALYTICS & DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Collect, analyze, and reconcile supplier spend and compliance data by client and category.
  • Prepare and deliver sourcing, compliance, and supply chain reports with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Support audit through providing required documents

SYSTEMS, TOOLS & CROSSFUNCTIONAL SUPPORT

  • Utilize sourcing, procurement, and reporting systems to support onboarding, compliance, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, P2P, IT, Finance, Legal, and Client Account teams to resolve issues.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement of sourcing and reporting tools.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Resolve and support supplier data discrepancies and compliance concerns.
  • Support onboarding new team members
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and governance initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • College diploma in business or other relevant program.
  • 3-5 years related experience.
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proficiency with Oracle or RealSuite application is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent business writing skills, technical writing skills an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task under deadline pressure.
     

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $54,185 - $67,732 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate's competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
