As a Manager, Clinical Risk Management at ICON, you will develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure the safety and integrity of clinical trials.

What You Will Do:

You will manage day-to-day scientific operations activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with clinical trials, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Engaging with cross-functional teams to develop and refine risk management plans, integrating best practices into clinical trial designs.

  • Monitoring and analyzing risk metrics to identify trends and propose actionable improvements to clinical operations.

  • Providing training to staff on risk management principles, fostering a culture of awareness and proactive risk handling.

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on risk management initiatives.

Your Profile:

You will have solid scientific operations experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field

  • Extensive experience in clinical risk management or related roles, with a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams in a collaborative environment.
