As an Auto Insurance Trainee, you'll play a key role in driving business success. You'll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. A Day in the Life

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners

  • Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

  • Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics

  • Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory

Salary Expectations -

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
