Water & Fire Mitigation Technician

Meridian Restoration is hiring Water & Fire Mitigation Technicians to help restore homes and businesses after damage from water, fire, or mold. If you’ve worked in construction, janitorial services, restoration, HVAC, or other hands-on roles, this is your chance to grow into a rewarding career.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with cleanup and demolition after water, fire, or mold damage
  • Perform water extraction, debris removal, and equipment setup
  • Work on a team with clear guidance from Project Managers
  • Handle jobsite cleanup and materials removal
  • Be available for on-call shifts and overtime

What You Need

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor
  • Previous experience in Water Mitigation and Construction
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable, team-focused attitude
  • Flexible schedule – nights/weekends as needed
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
