Business Relationship Manager – Trans Global Insurance Group

Trans Global Insurance Group (“TGI”), a member of the Financial Services division of Leon’s Furniture Ltd. (“LFL Group”), is seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to support business partnerships with its portfolio of insurance distributors. TGI has been providing world-class protection products to Canadians from coast to coast for over 25 years.

The mandate for this role is to support and grow effective long-term relationships with assigned insurance clients/distributors across Canada. The Business Relationship Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring compliance with Canadian insurance regulations.


This position may be based in Edmonton or Toronto. All candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.


Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing day-to-day account support. Resolve issues as required.

· Monitor KPIs for assigned clients and suggest action plans where required.

· Conduct regular business review meetings with assigned clients.
