Seacrest Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a condominium association in Sunrise, Florida. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium association
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and Seacrest Services
  • Prepare for and attend board meetings, annual meetings, and committee meetings
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitor community expenditures
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure community standards are upheld
  • Manage vendor contracts and relationships with service providers
