Commercial HVAC Project Manager
Stratford, CT

Skilled Trades Partners is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established commercial HVAC and mechanical contractor in Connecticut known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining strong client relationships.

This role is responsible for overseeing large-scale installation, retrofit, and replacement projects from pre-construction through completion. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage budgets, schedules, client relationships, and field operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, billing, and overall execution
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, contracts, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct jobsite inspections
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support business development and sales efforts when needed
  • Track project progress and reporting using CRM and project management software
