Flexi Software is seeking a driven, client-focused Project Manager to join our Professional Services organization at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth. In this role, you will lead end-to-end software implementation projects for our clients, ensuring on-time delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and exceptional outcomes. You will serve as the primary point of contact between Flexi and our clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, takes pride in getting the details right, communicates proactively, and is looking to grow in a lean and capable Professional Services function. You won’t be one of many — you will have real visibility into the company’s projects and a direct line to leadership. The work you do will matter from day one.


We are especially interested in candidates who bring firsthand experience working inside a bank, insurance carrier, credit union, or financial services firm. That domain knowledge accelerates client relationships and makes you a more effective partner from day one. For the right person, this role also offers a natural path toward a deeper implementation-focused career within our Professional Services team.


This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be comfortable working across time zones and managing distributed teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the full project lifecycle for assigned software implementation engagements, from kick-off through go-live and hypercare
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and status reports
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and driving alignment
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support
  • Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
  • Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and steering committee meetings
  • Track and report project health metrics; escalate to leadership when projects are at risk
  • Manage project scope and change control processes to protect delivery timelines and budgets
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PS delivery methodology and playbooks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred
  • 3–6 years of project management experience, ideally in software implementation or professional services
  • Demonstrated experience managing client-facing enterprise software deployments
  • Background working within banking, insurance, credit unions, or financial services strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work with both technical and executive audiences
  • Experience with accounting, ERP, or financial software is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, distributed team environment
