We're seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Services (Midwest North) team based in Erie, PA. This role is ideal for a civil engineering project manager who enjoys leading site/civil design and permitting work, coordinating stakeholders, and driving projects from scoping through delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Lead civil/site development projects from scoping through completion-owning quality, schedule, and budget performance.
  • Deliver and/or oversee stormwater management design and calculations, including erosion & sediment control (E&S) design and regulatory coordination.
  • Support projects including site grading, utilities, roadway/linear infrastructure, and land development.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders, including project communications and client updates.
  • Provide design reviews and support construction administration activities (document review, change management, onsite coordination).
  • Contribute to proposal development and business support efforts.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience managing civil/site development projects (budgeting, scheduling, coordination).
  • Strong foundation in stormwater and site civil design; familiarity with tools like Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HY-8, Hydraflow.
  • Experience with permitting support and technical report writing.
  • PE license preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Salary Range:

The starting salary for this position is $130,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
