Summary

We are representing a reputable mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to support commercial HVAC and plumbing design build projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating with field teams, estimators, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with commercial mechanical construction and understands HVAC systems, plumbing scopes, scheduling, and project execution within fast paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from startup through closeout

Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, manpower, and material procurement

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Track project budgets, labor productivity, and overall financial performance

Coordinate with field teams, foremen, engineers, and ownership throughout project execution

Review project drawings, specifications, and mechanical scopes

Support design build coordination and assist with constructability reviews

Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards

Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders
