What you'll do:
Lead Procurement Transformation Program Management
  • Build and run the integrated program management office (PMO) for Procurement Strategy & Transformation.
  • Create tools, templates, plans, roadmaps, KPIs, and governance enabling disciplined execution across workstreams.
  • Translate strategy into actionable implementation plans with clear owners, milestones, risks, and success measures.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, IT, Operations, and Business Units to ensure seamless execution.

Develop World-Class Communications & Change Management
  • Design and deliver the communication strategy for procurement transformation, including leadership updates, executive briefings, newsletters, dashboards, and stakeholder messaging.
  • Tell the story of procurement's transformation-articulating purpose, progress, value, and impact.
  • Build change management plans that accelerate adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Create compelling content for town halls, leadership meetings, and training sessions.

Enable Leadership Visibility & Alignment
  • Support the CPO and Strategy & Transformation leadership with executive-ready materials, including board-level presentations, business cases, value realization reports, and transformation updates.
  • Coordinate across the 3 complementary Director roles to ensure consistent messaging, sequencing, and prioritization across initiatives.
  • Strengthen transparency and accountability through tracking tools, dashboards, and performance reporting.

Drive Organizational Engagement & Culture
  • Lead the planning and orchestration of procurement-wide meetings, leadership summits, workshops, and capability-building events.
  • Build a culture of clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the procurement organization.
  • Capture and share success stories, wins, and lessons learned to accelerate momentum and adoption.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience leading enterprise transformation programs, PMOs, or large-scale strategic initiatives-ideally within procurement, supply chain, or another complex functional organization.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling messages for executives and broad audiences.
  • Strong background in project and portfolio management, including methodology design, governance, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Experience designing and delivering change management programs that drive adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors.
  • Highly collaborative leader who excels at cross-functional coordination and building strong partnerships across teams and levels.
  • Ability to operate with structure, discipline, and accountability-while remaining agile and adaptable in a fast-moving transformation environment.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate long-term vision into clear execution plans, while ensuring messaging and change plans reinforce business outcomes.
  • PMP Certification is a PLUS
