Job Summary

The Channel Marketing Program Manager is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships—primarily within the real estate channel. This role blends program management, marketing execution, and business development to expand referral networks, increase partner participation, and deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an execution-focused operator who can manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Channel Growth

  • Own and scale the real estate referral channel, increasing partner enrollment and engagement
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand market reach

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and print
  • Partner with agencies and vendors to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
  • Manage events, trade shows, promotional initiatives, and seasonal campaigns

Business Development & Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and strategic partners
