Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Program Manager located in Fontana, CA.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Program manager will be responsible for championing a project from initiation through completion. This role ensures the project aligns with strategic business objectives, secures necessary resources, and provides high-level guidance and support to the project team. The program manager acts as the primary advocate for the project, facilitating decision-making and resolving escalated issues to ensure successful delivery.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure the project supports organizational goals and delivers expected business value.

  • Governance & Oversight: Provide direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between the project team and executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

  • Resource Authorization: Secure funding, personnel, and other resources necessary for project success.

  • Risk Management: Support the identification and mitigation of high-level risks and issues.

  • Decision Making: Make timely decisions on escalated matters and remove barriers to progress.

  • Performance Monitoring: Review project status reports, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.

  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives related to the project and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

The experience we're looking to add to our team,

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in program administration/ management or related area. 5 years of experience leading teams.

  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams

  • Proven experience in executive leadership, program management, or strategic planning.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial oversight.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Availability to travel 10%
