What you'll do
  • Lead new product development for semiconductor adhesives while documenting progress and results
  • Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release
  • Record, organize and communicate experimental data
  • Explore new technology, product, or performance improvement opportunities
  • Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling materials
  • Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, storage areas, and workspaces
  • Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations and policies
  • Actively participate in scientific publications and forums
  • Collaborate with product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products
  • Support manufacturing to ensure quality product delivery
  • Communicate with stakeholders and use feedback to optimize processes and meet customer needs
  • Attend or present technical work at business meetings and conferences
What makes you a good fit
  • PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Sciences, Materials Science, or related fields (preferred)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ years of strong product development experience
  • Industrial or academic research experience in thermoset materials, especially epoxy resins
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with adhesive formulations, electronic materials, and/or semiconductor packaging processes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven innovation and experimental design capability
  • Professional laboratory skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead multiple projects

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $100,00.00. This is therange that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for thisposition. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range andthis range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
