Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured training, you'll gain exposure to sales, business development, client relationships, and agency operations. What You'll Do
Business Development & Sales
  • Engage with warm leads from Brightway's existing book of business to identify new opportunities
  • Develop new client opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
  • Conduct proactive outreach via phone and email to introduce Brightway's solutions
  • Support sales initiatives by helping clients find the right coverage for their needs

Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and insurance carriers

Operations & Collaboration
