We are looking for an experienced Insurance Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients maximize their dental benefits while ensuring the financial success of our practice.
The ideal candidate has prior dental insurance experience and understands the importance of accurate insurance processing, outstanding customer service, and strong communication with both patients and insurance carriers.
Schedule
  • Monday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Occasional Fridays: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
What You'll Do
  • Verify patients' dental insurance benefits and eligibility
  • Submit insurance claims accurately and promptly
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and appeals
  • Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts
  • Review treatment plans and provide patients with insurance estimates
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, benefits, and pre-authorizations
