Operations Manager | $90,000 - 110,000 annually + bonuses

Pronto Plumbing Heating Air & Drains is seeking an Operations Manager to help lead and scale our established and growing residential service business throughout the Camp Hill and greater Harrisburg area.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on improving operational performance, developing teams, driving accountability, and supporting continued growth while delivering a strong customer experience. You'll work closely with ownership and leadership in a hands-on environment where your decisions directly shape daily operations.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who understands residential home services, brings structure and consistency to operations, and motivates teams to perform at a high level while keeping day-to-day work running smoothly.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with additional availability as needed

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily HVAC operations, scheduling, dispatch, and service delivery
  • Lead and develop technicians, dispatchers, and office staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Monitor KPIs, revenue, profitability, and service quality to drive operational performance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing employee development
  • Manage technician scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure operational standards, safety compliance, and customer experience expectations are consistently met
  • Coordinate inventory, job staging, and field readiness with warehouse and service teams
  • Partner with ownership on operational improvements, staffing, and growth initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous operations leadership experience in residential home services
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and/or plumbing service operations is highly valued
  • Experience managing or directly influencing P&L performance, budgeting, and operational profitability
  • Experience leading multiple departments or teams
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive culture
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software preferred
