What you'll do
  • Manages all operations as well as service / support department at factory level Implements a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products
  • Delivers against production performance KPIs, budget and projects
  • Sets up and executes development plans for production personnel
  • Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
  • Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements
  • Continually monitor production performance and adjust production plan execution in a timely manner to improve performance.
  • Communicate daily with Supply Planning to maximize Henkel's ability to service customers while optimizing labor efficiency. This includes managing work plans, smart factory, staffing, and minimizing overtime.
  • Communicate throughout all shifts with hourly production employees, supervision, and all other site employees to ensure a constant exchange of ideas, concerns, suggestions, and information.
  • Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed. This includes incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, implementation, and verification.
  • Continually drive all production employees to maintain a safe, organized and healthy workplace through a robust 5S program.
  • Cultivation of Henkel's culture and values by promoting communication, teamwork, and respectful treatment of all individuals.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Business discipline
  • Strong chemical background is preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing manager role required
  • Outstanding organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrates leadership, problem solving and conflict management skills (horizontal and vertical)
  • Demonstrates a professional team-player attitude toward work and co-workers
  • Experience with ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, and ISO 50001 considered a plus
  • Experience with MES or SAP systems considered a plus

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 and $125,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
