Title: Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Radnor, PA (fully in-office)
This is an individual contributor position which works under regular supervision supporting the Business Development team and primarily works with sales team, sales management, and sales operations.
As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:
  • Supports sales management special projects in support of the sales team and goals.
  • Collects data, analyzes, and reports information regularly and on an ad-hoc basis on competitive comparisons, special programs, customer provided volume data and others as assigned.
  • Produce actionable reporting and analysis to drive performance as requested and directed. Create, maintain and improve current dashboards & reporting to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Manage the queue for sales team's inquiries. Resolve all sales inquiries in the sales team's queue. Conduct analysis of inquiries and report to managements quarterly to suggest training needs or enhancements to systems and processes.
  • Support a Sales Region in partnership with a Sr Sales Operations team member.
  • Coordinate, manage and develop materials for Business Development team meetings.
  • Responsible for timely reporting & analysis to management of Business Development meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for department.
  • Act as an additional resource on on-going project teams, as assigned.
    • Collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders to ensure customer needs, customer experience, and the sales team needs are evaluated.
    • Provide support for analysis and obtaining sales team feedback.
  • Responsible for testing systems and reports as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and two (2) to three (3) years of directly related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Analytical and research experience required
  • Experience working within a sales environment preferred
  • Project team management experience preferred
  • Experience with system testing and implementation preferred
  • Advanced computer skills with all Microsoft Programs specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Dashboard systems, e.g., PowerBI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work productively as part of a team and as an individual contributor
  • Sound analytical & decision making skills
