Requirements
  • 6 months minimum experience required
  • Lightspeed DMS experience is a major plus
  • Strong communication & listening skills
  • Solid computer skills (accounting systems, data entry, reporting)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally in person & over the phone
  • Strong organization, time management & personal discipline
  • Ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, enthusiastic, team-first attitude
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen

What You’ll Do
  • Perform a variety of accounting & bookkeeping tasks (AP, AR, general ledger entries)
  • Support the accounting team in day-to-day operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, teammates, sales teams & management
  • Process new and used vehicles for registration
  • Prepare tax & title documents
  • Submit legal transfer work to the DMV

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Lightspeed DMS experience
  • Experience in the Auto or PowerSports industry
