We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager who is passionate about leadership, patient care, team development, and helping a dental practice thrive.

Schedule

Monday: 7:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM โ€“ 2:00 PM)

Tuesday: 7:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM โ€“ 2:00 PM)

Wednesday: 7:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM โ€“ 2:00 PM)

Thursday: 7:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM โ€“ 2:00 PM)

Friday: OFF

What You'll Do

As the Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice while partnering with the doctor and leadership team to create an exceptional patient experience and support practice growth.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and support the administrative team to achieve operational excellence

Create a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture

Communicate practice goals, updates, and expectations effectively

Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members

Train team members and support ongoing professional development

Partner with leadership on performance evaluations, coaching, and performance improvement plans

Patient Experience & Practice Operations

Oversee all aspects of the patient experience, from scheduling through financial coordination

Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction

Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, insurance coordination, billing, and collections

Address patient concerns and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently

Maintain smooth daily workflow and optimize practice efficiency

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

Partner with accounting teams on accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and budgeting

Monitor practice performance metrics and assist with achieving financial goals

Review and implement processes that support practice growth

Research vendors, supplies, and equipment purchases to ensure cost effectiveness

Compliance & Office Management

Maintain compliance with OSHA, health regulations, and practice policies

Maintain employee records, licensing documentation, payroll, and benefit paperwork

Ensure the office remains clean, organized, professional, and welcoming

Coordinate equipment maintenance and facility needs
