Located in Charlottesville, VA, we are a 105-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a FT/PT LPN Charge Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines. You will also write weekly/monthly summaries of patients' status, abilities, and address problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise CNAs and provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines

  • Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures

  • Write weekly/monthly summaries of patients' status, abilities, and address problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review

Qualifications:

  • Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse

  • One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
