Our client is a growing healthcare organization that provides high-quality, community-based healthcare services to the patients they serve.
The Company: Our client is a mission-driven community health organization that is known for the great care they take with patients and employees alike.
The Position: Our client is looking for a Chief Medical Officer to join their executive leadership team. The pay range our client is offering is $255,000 to $345,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • MD or DO Required
  • Board Certification Required
  • Current California Medical License or Ability to Obtain Prior to Employment
  • 8+ Years of Clinical Leadership Experience

  • HRSA, FTCA, PCMH, or Value-Based Care Experience Preferred

  • Lead Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Initiatives
  • Oversee Credentialing, Privileging, and Peer Review
  • Support Provider Engagement, Productivity, and Clinical Operations
  • Ensure Compliance With HRSA, FTCA, and Other Regulatory Requirements
  • Assist With Clinical Strategy, Growth, and Long-Term Planning
