Marketing Manager – Private Investing Marketing Team

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Private Investing Marketing team and help drive integrated, full‑funnel marketing across a growing global platform spanning private equity, venture capital, and private credit.

About the Role

This role sits at the center of our marketing efforts owning end‑to‑end campaign strategy and execution, shaping platform and fund positioning, and ensuring alignment across channels, audiences, and teams. You will partner closely with design, content, PR, and investment teams to deliver cohesive, high‑impact marketing programs that support fundraising, brand building, and investor engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across our Global Private Investing platform.
  • Own the planning and execution of full‑funnel campaigns across channels.
  • Execute client and prospect communications.
  • Lead internal communications.
  • Distribute digital content.
  • Translate business priorities into cohesive, multi‑channel campaign strategies.
  • Support marketing infrastructure and campaign mapping to improve scalability.
  • Shape positioning and messaging for platforms, funds, and audiences.
  • Define and evolve differentiated messaging frameworks.
  • Ensure consistency of narrative across all campaigns and materials.
  • Contribute to brand architecture and platform narrative development.
  • Partner with PR to align internal and external storytelling.
  • Manage relationships with design agencies and external partners.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and quality control to maintain brand standards.
  • Track campaign and fund‑level performance with analytics.
  • Analyze channel engagement and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • Synthesize market insights to inform product positioning and campaign strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with Global Marketing, Investment teams, Product, Editorial/Content lead, Events, Design, and PR.
Qualifications
  • 8‑10 years of marketing experience, ideally within asset management, private markets, or financial services.
  • Experience owning end‑to‑end, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and positioning.
  • Experience with content and campaign integration.
  • Marketing performance measurement expertise.
  • Familiarity with digital and offline channels.
  • Proven ability to work across cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate complex ideas into clear messaging.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
Salary & Benefits

Base salary range: USD 90,000 – 180,000. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/or Incentives if eligible. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement plans, health, vision and dental coverage, disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
