Bob Boyte Honda of Brandon is one of Mississippi’s highest-volume Honda dealerships and a leading dealership within the Boyte Auto Family. We are looking for a high-performing Finance & Insurance Manager who can deliver strong production while protecting the customer experience, maintaining compliance, and supporting a winning sales culture.

This is an opportunity for an experienced F&I professional to join a fast-paced, high-volume Honda dealership with strong inventory, strong leadership support, and a large customer base.

Position Summary

The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for presenting finance, lease, protection product, and insurance options to customers in a professional, compliant, and customer-focused manner. This role works closely with the sales desk, lenders, accounting office, and management team to structure deals properly, secure financing, maximize F&I performance, and ensure every transaction is accurate, ethical, and fully documented.

The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, detail-oriented, compliant, and capable of performing at a high level in a busy dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present finance, lease, and protection product options to customers in a clear, professional, and compliant manner.
  • Secure financing approvals through dealership-approved lenders.
  • Maintain strong lender relationships and understand lender programs, guidelines, stipulations, and funding requirements.
  • Ensure all credit applications, contracts, disclosures, product enrollments, signatures, and deal documents are complete and accurate.
  • Submit clean deals to accounting and funding in a timely manner.
  • Work with the sales team and desk managers to structure deals properly while protecting dealership profitability.
  • Maintain strong F&I product performance, including service contracts, GAP, maintenance, tire and wheel, appearance protection, and other approved products.
  • Follow all dealership policies, lender requirements, state/federal laws, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with fair lending, privacy, OFAC, Red Flags, Safeguards, adverse action, and customer information security requirements.
  • Protect customer nonpublic personal information and follow all data privacy and information-security procedures.
  • Ensure customers understand the products and documents they are signing.
  • Avoid misleading, high-pressure, or deceptive sales practices.
  • Maintain accurate CRM/DMS records and deal notes.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, salespeople, managers, lenders, and accounting.
  • Resolve contract, funding, title, payoff, lender, or customer issues quickly and professionally.
  • Participate in training, sales meetings, compliance updates, and performance reviews.
  • Support a positive team culture and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

  • Strong closing, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work within dealership systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check and any required pre-employment screening, subject to applicable law.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Honda or import dealership experience.
  • High-volume dealership experience.
  • Strong lender relationships.
  • Experience with menu selling and F&I product presentation systems.
  • Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, RouteOne, eLeads, or similar dealership systems.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements in automotive finance.
  • Track record of strong F&I gross, product penetration, and clean funding.

Schedule
