Job Details Salary: From $80,000 to $200,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time Location: Albuquerque, NM 87107 Position Overview As a Finance and Insurance Manager at Power Ford, you will coordinate the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers. You will work closely with lenders and financial institutions to provide tailored financial services while ensuring customers receive comprehensive protection programs. This role supports dealership goals by maintaining compliance and promoting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Sell financing and insurance products using the menu selling process. Review customer credit applications and assess financing arrangements for dealership profitability. Offer extended service contracts and owner protection programs to customers. Complete deal documentation accurately using a deal checklist. Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve financial services goals. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Support Safeguard and Transaction compliance programs within the dealership. Oversee completion and submission of financing documents. Serve as a liaison between customers and lending institutions. Attend weekly manager meetings and promote positive employee relations. Promote company standards, policies, and employee satisfaction initiatives. Job Requirement:Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in automotive dealership finance and insurance production. Finance and Insurance Management training is preferred. Proven success in achieving financial services goals. Strong record of positive customer satisfaction. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Successful completion of motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
