  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
  • Oversee department budgets, financial performance, staffing, and resource management.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead organizational change efforts.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals.
  • Promote a culture centered on customer service, compassion, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid Colorado Assisted Living Administrator License required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience serving in an Administrator or senior leadership role within Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living.
  • Proven experience managing regulatory compliance, operations, budgets, and team performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable.
  • Demonstrated success leading change initiatives and improving operational outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer-service mindset with a commitment to resident and family satisfaction.
  • Empathetic, professional, and solutions-oriented approach to leadership.

This position offers a competitive salary, a bonus plan, a generous paid time off (PTO) and Holiday plan, as well as medical/dental/vision/life insurance benefit participation opportunity.
