Job Description Legal Assistant - Insurance Defence Downtown Toronto Currently working remotely. Opportunity for hybrid remote/in-house post pandemic. Our client, a leader in its field, is in need of a Legal Assistant to join its team.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work in the area of Accident Benefits and Tort in an insurance defence practice. The successful candidate must have solid knowledge of the OCF Forms and have a strong understanding of SABS. LAT and Tort procedures.and documents

In addition you must be able to interact professionally with both clients and team members and be able to independently review and summarize medical documents. Experience in working on the defence side is a requirement. Strong communication skills, proficiency working with MSWord and PC law is required.
