Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s).
  • Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements
  • Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred).
  • Positive personality with a great attitude and resourcefulness.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships with Small Commercial leads from a cold start.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
