About Us: We are a leading independent insurance agency in Texas specializing in commercial lines of insurance. We offer a range of solutions to protect businesses, including property and casualty, general liability, workers’ compensation, and more. We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and experienced Licensed Insurance Producer to join our growing team and help us provide tailored insurance solutions to our business clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business by prospecting and networking with potential clients.
  • Provide commercial insurance solutions to businesses in industries including retail, manufacturing, construction, and more.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and growth.
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to obtain quotes and customize policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, trends, and regulations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, including property, casualty, liability, and workers' compensation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a book of business.
