  • Obtain your Property & Casualty license within your first month (study materials provided at no cost).
  • Work with qualified, warm leads, cool calling lists, or purchased leads.
  • Handle high call volume to generate quotes and present customized insurance solutions.
  • Build strong, longterm client relationships rooted in trust and service.
  • Identify crosssell opportunities across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines.
  • Maintain organized databases and followup pipelines.
  • Stay current on insurance products, offerings, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership and teammates to exceed sales goals.
  • Commit to an inoffice Monday-Friday schedule.
