Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, plan, and execute recruitment events aimed at attracting qualified interns and trainees to enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training process for interns, ensuring they meet all documentation and compliance required by their educational institutions and state regulations.
  • Provide immediate clinical consultation during crisis situations, leveraging your expertise to guide both clients and interns.
