This is not your typical telemarketing role. While the position involves outbound and inbound calling, it plays a vital role in driving our agencys success by connecting qualified prospects with our Sales Producers.

Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold lead
  • Work through and re-engage leads in our existing pipeline/CRM
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and inquiries
  • Qualify prospects and live-transfer interested clients to Sales Producers
  • Maintain accurate records and activity in our CRM system
  • Follow up consistently to maximize opportunities
  • Play a key role in Sales Dept
