Morning Shift (9:30 - 4:00 pm) - 2 positions needed
Rate of Pay: $16/hour
Job description
As a housekeeping Supervisor, youwill be assisting our team of Housekeepers, while making sure our property isboth visually appealing and safe. Your responsibilities will include but are notlimited to; responding to guests' needs, room inspections, and acting as adirect line between housekeepers and management. You will be responsible forensuring that we continue to give our guests and homeowners the higheststandard of cleaning possible.
Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to -
  • Maintain Companystandards of cleanliness and efficiency
  • Schedule shiftsand arrange for replacement in cases of absence
  • Perform roominspections
  • Inspecthousekeeping closets for cleanliness
  • Confirm that onlyapproved chemicals are in use by housekeepers
  • Efficientlymanage supplies
  • Participate incleaning projects as required
  • Communicate informationto the Housekeeping director
  • Coach, train andlead housekeeping staff
  • Communicate withother departments to fulfill guests needs
  • Follow allcompany safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenanceproblems/safety hazards

Requirements
  • Available to worka flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping
  • Must be able to work well with others whilemaintaining a positive attitude
