Responsibilities:
• Expanding the company's book of business by offering expert consultations on over 50 insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Facilitate resolution strategies for client inquiries.
• Expand business reach by engaging in your local community and building business relationships with other professionals such as CPAs, Lawyers, Realtors and Mortgage Brokers.
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations through continuous education, training and implementation.
• Develop and implement your own sales strategy while building and leading a high- performing team, backed by an award-winning Farmers District team!


Qualifications:
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with strong drive and ambition.
• Previous experience in insurance, along with Property Casualty License and/or Life Insurance License is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role, customer relations or sales.
• Maintain a client-centric business culture by building rapport and proactively communicating.
• Strong negotiation, work ethic and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
