Scope
The Business Analyst will be a key contributor to our organization, working closely with the Executive Leadership team to drive operational improvements, digital transformations, and leverage data science for organizational growth. This role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and exceptional communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams, private equity sponsors, and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Executive Leadership Team to implement operational improvements, digital transformations, and leverage data science capabilities for growth.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support decision-making processes. This includes scenario analysis, return projections, and valuation assessments.
  • Aggregates and performs statistical analysis on business data based on requests from project teams or senior leadership.
  • Integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed.
  • Writes queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects.
  • Interprets data to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, PE sponsors, and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Evaluate and create performance metrics dashboards to drive performance management across the organization and help Executive Leadership Team set organizational benchmarks
  • Prepare board materials, quarterly reports, and presentations for Executive Leadership Team and external stakeholders.

Skills, Licenses, Certifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team and with senior executives.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with experience in business, finance, mathematics, economics, and/or related field, with record of strong academic performance; Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience with strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in leveraging large datasets to perform financial impact analysis
