Position: Field Behavior Technician
Summit ABA strives to employ the most qualified, professional, and loving individuals to work with our outstanding families! We are currently hiring full and part-time ABA therapists to work with individuals with an autism diagnosis in homes and/or in schools.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and individualized behavior reduction plans
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop comprehensive treatment plan
  • Provide consistent feedback about client's progress
  • Comply with all HIPPA guidelines and the BACB Code of Ethics
  • Work with other colleagues, families and professionals to create a supportive environment
  • Have fun!
Position hiring for is Part-time (20 hours per week) and/or Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule varies and can be adapted to your availability - evening staff needed, daytime work also available.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School or GED
  • A general understanding of ABA principles
  • Experience working with a broad base of populations - specialization is welcomed but can limit field assignments as our client population varies.
  • Ability to immediately apply constructive feedback regarding client programming
  • Communicates with supervisory staff, other implementers, parents, teachers and administrators in a professional manner
  • Exceptional teamwork skills to create a positive work environment
  • Preferred Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician
Pay: From $22.00 per hour up to $25.00 contingent upon experience.
